It is important to us that you receive your order in perfect condition. We will do our utmost to ship your product as economically as possible, with the love and care it deserves.


The clothing, scarves and pillows covers are shipped in a luxury gift box (black matte), which should fit through your mailbox slot (this only applies to single orders) and makes for an amazing gift for both men and woman. If for example for would like to order several scarves then each scarf can be packaged individually in a luxury gift box and send in a larger box as a parcel. Please specify what you would like when ordering multiples of the same item.


The lampshades are covered in a protective layer and shipped in re-enforced boxes.

The bags and covers are sent in a strong, unbreakable yet flexible, moisture resistant envelope.

These envelopes can be recycled with the plastics.

The invoice will be added to the exterior of the parcels and to the interior of the flexible bags and smaller (mailbox) boxes



Please contact us at if your order is a gift so that we can gift-wrap the item and add a personal note on behalf of you. Gift-wrapping is available for both men and woman and there are no additional costs involved. If you are ordering from outside of the EU we will unfortunately not be able to send your order without an invoice as they need to pass through customs.



All our items are shipped via POST NL with priority mail. This has proven to be a reliable shipping partner with economical pricing both local and internationally. All our packages are shipped with a track and trace number. Once your order is confirmed you can follow your order on



If your order is made up of several items, we reserve the right to carry out separate deliveries. Separate deliveries may be necessary if certain goods are not in stock or delayed at the time the order is placed. You will be informed if your order is going to be subject to separate deliveries. In the event of separate deliveries you will NOT be liable to pay additional shipping costs.

SONJASMALHEER values craftsmanship and each order is therefore made individually and especially for you. This takes time and depending on the product can mean that it will  take several days before your product is ready for shipping.

Express deliveries to overseas destinations are very expensive and usually costs the same as the price of the covers or bags  themselves. If you are really in a bind and need your product sooner than the mentioned times we will see what we can do for you. Send us an e-mail with your request and we will inform you as to what is possible.


Please keep in mind that we do not ship in the weekends and public holidays.

If your order requires to pass through customs there could be additional delays. In November and December shipping times could double especially in the Far East and USA.



We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. We ship to the address noted when you place your order. The address can be verified in your confirmation email that you will receive once you have placed and paid your order.
