You can return any item purchased on SONJASMALHEER GALLERY within 15 days of the delivery date.
1. Print & Fill out the RETURN FORM.
2. Make sure that the products you return are in their original condition, tags attached and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
3. Pack the item in its original box or any firm cardboard box and add necessary filling to ensure that the return item is well protected. Please note you are responsible that the item is packaged properly and you bear all risk connected with the item from the moment it has been delivered to you.
4. Address the return package to:

Include the RETURN FORM and a copy of the ORDER CONFIRMATION in the package.
In order to exercise your right to return an order your must notify our office at email@example.com of your decision to cancel and return the order. State in the e-mail what item you wish to return and the reason. This is important because we do not want customs to charge us for incoming taxes and custom fees for returned products.
Only items that are returned within 15 days after delivery will be refunded. Once we receive the item we will check it. If the item is in it’s original condition we will refund you with the amount paid to us by you at the time of purchase.
The amount will always be transferred using the same means of payment as you used to pay for the item.
You will receive confirmation that we have satisfactorily received the returned item.
SONJASMALHEER is not responsible for any damage, theft or loss.
Faulty items will be exchanged with the same product type and in the same size which is subject to availability.
You are personally responsible for any direct costs incurred in conjunction with making this return. We do not accept any return that are sent COD.
You cannot change your mind simply by refusing receipt of the item or not picking it up or without having informed us prior to refusal.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays or non-observance of our obligations in relation to the Terms and Conditions, if delay or non-fulfillment is due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Purchases of goods at www.sonjasmalheer.com are subject to Dutch Law. All disputes will be determined by the ordinary Dutch courts of law.
If there is anything wrong with the item you as a customer have the right to complain about the items that have faults or defects that are present in the time the item is sold. Your right to make a claim is valid for 2 years and covers manufacturing and material faults. Your purchase is covered by Dutch Sales of Goods Act, including the rules on defects. That means you can either have the defective item repaired, exchanged, your money refunded or reduction in the price depending on the circumstances.
Obviously the claim needs to be substantiated and the defect must not have occurred during incorrect use of the product or any other damaging behaviour.
You must make your complaint within a 'reasonable period' of having detected the defect in the item. If you make a complaint within two months of having detected the defect the claim will always be 'reasonable'.

When you return an item please include as detailed as possible the information about the problem. This will help us make an accurate assessment of the possible problem.
If the complaint is justified a reasonable carriage charges will be refunded you incur in returning the item to us. Otherwise you will have to cover the transport expenses personally, including our carriage charges for the return of the item after examination. Please contact us before sending the item to us.
